The instructions for use of pneumatic tools are to deliver dry and low-temperature compressed air through clean piping,Requires a three-point assembly between hard and rubber hose
1.Air tool oil:Regular rotation and permanent mechanical life for pneumatic tools,Be sure to add pneumatic maintenance oil.
(1)motor part:daily before use, please inject from the oil port after use2~3ccpneumatic lubricating oil/Pneumatic maintenance oil.
(2)clutch part:每1Months to wash the old butter out of the clutch,Then apply a generous amount of new butter,But if you inject too much butter,Please note that it will reduce the function!
with oil hole,Screws should be removed monthly,Add a little.
2.Air Compressor Management:
Pneumatic tools must use low-temperature clean and dry compressed air with a fixed air pressure and sufficient air volume.

Please use standard air pressure,5~7kg/cm2If higher air pressure is used,will enhance the ability,But it will shorten the life of pneumatic tools a lot,So please avoid.
(3)Elimination of impurities and moisture
Impurities and moisture in the compressor are eliminated even if,But hard tube and rubber tube,there will still be a little,Therefore, when loading and unloading pneumatic tool hoses and adapters, please try to remove impurities and moisture as much as possible.
3.air tool running:
(1)Please run freely for a few seconds after oil filling.
(2)engine running:
turn left and rightR壓,Buckle 機,It is the lever when locking the screwLpull the trigger,Do not switch in a slew.
(3)adjustment ability:
After tightening the screws,1/2turn around(約1秒)Rotary stop,Properly screwed in and it's over,Adjust the upper scale of the regulator,The necessary ability can be obtained.
(4)usual screws,約2~3can be installed in seconds,若5operation over seconds,Screws that cannot be loosened and screws that cannot be torqued,A higher capacity air tool should be used.
(5)when machinery falls from above,Don't knock, hammer, etc. indiscriminately,Please have it ruled out by a professional
(6)Rusted and cracked sockets,Please avoid using it.
